How ShowSelect works.

However clear your idea is, there's a route in. Both routes end the same way: a real person confirming a real booking.

Route 1 — Describe your event

For when you know the night you want, but not who should be on the stage.

Describe the event
Write it how you'd say it out loud. Event, city, audience, budget, the feeling you're after.

Confirm the brief
ShowSelect reads it back as structured detail and asks about anything important that's missing.

Set your priorities
Recognisable name? Value? Hosting ability? Local relevance? You choose.

Review the shortlist
Each option explains why it was selected, with sources and budget fit.

Send to the desk
Shortlist goes to Nightwig, who confirm availability, fees and requirements.

Route 2 — You already know who you want

For when there's a name on the brief already. Skip discovery, go straight to making the booking happen.

Name the act
Add one act, or several in priority order — plus any acceptable alternates.

Add the event details
Date, city, audience size, budget and what you need them to do.

We check and confirm
The booking desk contacts the act or their agent and comes back with real availability and a real fee.

What happens after you send an enquiry

Your enquiry lands with the Nightwig booking desk with a reference you can track. From there we check availability against your date, negotiate the fee, and confirm technical and hospitality requirements.

Every update is logged on your enquiry, so you can see exactly what changed and when — including when an act comes back unavailable and we propose alternatives.

What ShowSelect will never do

Assert a fee it hasn't confirmed

Indicative bands are labelled as such. Confirmed fees come from the desk.

Claim availability on an act's behalf

Availability is always "requires confirmation" until a human has checked.
