ShowSelect is an entertainment sourcing tool operated by Nightwig. It helps you describe an event, identifies talent that may fit, and passes your enquiry to the Nightwig booking desk.

Result cards are generated for your search and are not confirmations. Availability, fees, technical requirements and suitability are only confirmed by the booking desk in writing. You should not treat a result card as an offer or as a guarantee that an act can be booked.

Submitting an enquiry is not a booking. A booking exists only once terms have been confirmed in writing and any required deposit has been paid. Cancellation and payment terms are set out in the booking confirmation for each engagement.

• Give accurate event information, including date, venue, audience and budget.
• Do not use ShowSelect to gather talent information for unsolicited marketing.
• Keep your account credentials secure and don't share your account.

Searching, shortlisting and requesting availability are free. Nightwig earns a booking fee on confirmed bookings, disclosed in the quote you approve before committing.

Nightwig acts as an intermediary between you and the talent or their representatives. We take reasonable care when sourcing and confirming, but we are not liable for an act's performance beyond the terms of the relevant booking confirmation.

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email.
